National Rubber Technologies is a vertically integrated company, providing finished products from engineered rubber products manufactured in-house. Scrap tires arrive at National Rubber Technologies' Tire Recycling Plant and are recycled using a proprietary process which separates rubber, steel and fiber. The reclaimed rubber and tire cord components are then used in National Rubber Technologies' manufacturing process to produce a number of different SymarŪ products.
National Rubber Technologies' processing capabilities include compression molding, injection molding, die cutting, and continuous roll curing. Our continuous curing capabilities have revolutionized the way recycled rubber is manufactured.
National Rubber Technologies' on site laboratory facilities provide a highly technical testing ground for products under development. These facilities include state-of-the-art equipment designed to provide all of the technical information required for SymarŪ products.
